Sepah Construction Investment Company was incorporated in 1987 named Sepah Sakhteman Company with the nature of private joint stock and it was registered under No. 67840.

This company started operating as an engineering services company affiliated to Bank Sepah with the following activities:

  1.      Construction and sale of various commercial,residential, industrial and office buildings and managing the affairs of producing and industrial units all over the country

  2.      Supply of all requirements and constructional materials

  3.     Importing all goods and commodities required by the company

  4.     Purchase and ownership of the lands required for the construction of the buildings, observing current acts and regulations of the country

  5.       Designing, surveying, consultation and supervision of constructional projects

  6.   Generally dealing with all operations and entering all financial and commercial transactions which are directly or indirectly related to all or each of the subjects mentioned above  

  7.    Investment in the shares of other companies

 

 

In pursuance to the changes made in the policies of incumbent government in 2001, this company was extracted from the affiliation of Bank Sepah and underwent the affiliated of Omid Investment Company – Public Joint Stock.

After 19 years of professional activity and executing more than 500 projects in the framework of engineering services contracts, this company was converted to a construction investment company.
